Features include: Rich text, chat, presentations, kanban, poll, todo and coding. ## Strengths * Security. All user data is encrypted * Open Source out of the box solution. Little IT-CDA maintenance will be needed * Runs on CERN Openshift * Etherpad feature for multi-user edits * Markdown used for presentations * Easy learning process. Browser based ## Weaknesses * Registration is local to the application and part of the encryption process. * Ldap integration needs work * How to integrate with cernbox interface * Has no spreadsheet * Richtext does not have spellchecker ## Opportunities * Richtext etherpad compares very well to Google Doc. Many features * Excellent tool for quick document collaboration across boundaries * Possibility to request features from the XWiki developement team ## Threats * Little possibility to integrate with other applications * Files are stored with encryption.
